Six documents, one set of expectations. The rulebook is between players and staff enforce it. The Bill of Rights is the town's promise to your character. The Book of Laws is what the court sentences from, and the Regulations are the specifics it relies on.
This identifies all codes, regulations and laws in effect across the entirety of Cold Creek. Individuals may not be charged with anything that is not listed here.
Cold Creek RP uses a two-stage judicial system, which you can read about here.
Sentence and fine are maximums at arrest, and are subject to officer discretion.
